You've ridden Full Frontal, you have your 4DP and are following one of The Sufferfest Training Plans. Now, several weeks later, you're crushing the workouts and feel like your targets should be a little higher. So -- when should you test your fitness and ride Full Frontal again?
Here are a few questions to ask yourself:
- Do you feel like the workouts are getting much easier?
- Are you not even struggling on the harder videos?
- Is this happening consistently (this is important to ensure that amazing feeling isn't just down to a great day)?
- Is it at least five weeks since your last test?
If all of the above are true, then it could be time to tackle Full Frontal again. If it is, then be sure to follow the schedule for your lead-in to the test.
