Why Does My Tri Plan Have Me Doing Full Frontal Before A Race?

We do like it when you suffer but we certainly don't want you smashing yourself with Full Frontal right before your race! Most likely you have applied one of the triathlon plans that has been optimized for strength training. Those plans are designed to be used in the off-season to work on building strength. You will want to choose a plan that doesn't incorporate strength training to take you into race day.
