As a Sufferlandrian, you’re part of a unique breed. You don’t go easy. You don’t spin. You don’t know the meaning of ‘sitting in’. You’ve never been asked to pull through because you’re already on the front. When you venture out of your Torture Chamber and subject mere mortals to the bitter fruits of your determined labour, the only thing they ask for is mercy. It’s thanks, of course, to your formidable strength of character. But it’s also to the high-intensity / low-volume training approach that’s at the core of The Sufferfest workouts and training plans. This approach requires that you put in the work and hit your targets. To do so week in and week out takes determination and commitment. It also takes proper nutrition.
