Please go to app.thesufferfest.com and log in. MacOS and Windows app users can also access this page by selecting Manage Subscription from the drop-down menu in the top right corner of the app.
Managing your Subscription
In the top right corner of your browser screen, click on the icon with the first letter of the name on your account. Then select Manage Subscription from the drop-down menu.
You will see your account status at the top, and options below:
In this case, the user is still on a free trial, with 14 days remaining. Subscription options and details are located below.
NOTE: If you've had an iOS Apple Pay subscription, you'll need to wait until your subscription is expired and you no longer have access to the app to create a subscription here.
Choose your subscription type
Clicking on each subscription type will give you plan pricing and billing details, and the option to add a coupon. Enter valid payment information, any coupon code* you may have and then click Subscribe to start your subscription. Subscriptions will be billed and started once the free trial has expired.
**NOTE: ONLY enter a postal code if you live in Canada or the US. If you live in another country, leave State and Postal code blank.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX.
When you enter your coupon code, you will see the details of your coupon and how you can expect it to be applied to your bill. *Please note that the subscription must be completed by clicking the Subscribe button in order for the coupon to be activated.
Once your subscription is successfully completed, you will see the following screen:
And your account page will be updated to show your subscription details and options.
Switching from Monthly to Yearly billing (or the opposite)
Simply click on Change Plan and then select from the choices provided.
Update your payment method
Click on the button next to your credit card information and then enter new payment details in the box.
Please note: Deleting the app will not end your subscription. You must cancel your subscription to prevent further billing.
