What to eat during the sessions?

    Hi Thomas, great question! ou won't be able replace all those calories as you ride, but staying hydrated and not letting your blood sugar drop will be key. It seems to vary from person to person and a lot of this is going to come down to trial and error on your part. What I can tell you is that you will definitely want to eat during your breaks, or during the warm-up/cool down portions of the videos. Also keep drinking! You can use sports drinks to keep some calories coming in as well. I found that towards the end Pringles and a little bit of soda were like heaven!
