When you do Full Frontal Test, the FTP result can be understandably lower than when you do a simple 20 min test. (Hence for those tests, in Zwift say, we apply the 20minPOWER x 0.95 = FTP formula.)
My question is this: After doing FF, say you hit 280W for the 20minuteTT interval, do you recommend putting this value (280W) into Training Peaks, Strava, Garmin, etc as FTP?
