Offseason Training / transition to on-season plans

Ever considered adding some offseason training plans for triathletes?  With the upcoming strength training plan scheduled for release? Only plan missing is maybe some offseason training to keep athletes prime for when the season begins again.

  • Hi Christian! Our 70.3 training plan that is optimized for strength training would be a good place to start. It isn't designed to end on race day like the standard 70.3 plan and would be great to use in the offseason. We also offer the Spring and Olympic distance plans with strength if you want a lighter training load.
