    Hi Andrea! I would highly recommend taking the Full Frontal Fitness test to see what your strength and weakness are. A lot of triathletes focus on FTP work and neglect to do intervals that work on their MAP (max aerobic power). Your MAP will act as a ceiling for your FTP, so if you want to raise your FTP you'll need to work on improving your MAP. One of our general road plans with strength training that focuses on your 4DP weakness would be great offseason work. You can also take a look at the 70.3 and 140.6 training plans.
