Suffer Fest Training Plans
I am considering subscribing to Sufferfest and am particularly interested in starting one of the training plans to introduce more structure into my training. I've had a look at the previews for the training plans and most seem to require 5-6 days per week of training, which presumably involves mostly shorter rides and a longer endurance ride to get to around 7-8 hours per week.
Unfortunately, I'm constrained to 4 days per week, but I am still able to train for around 7-8 hours per week (2x3hr rides at the weekend and 2x1hr rides during the week).
Are there alternative plans that are more akin to my schedule, or do most of the plans emphasise more frequent shorter sessions?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
