Alter ERG mode power during a workout
I was doing "Open: 60" just to spin the legs this morning. It was set to 155W and, although it was meant to be an easy ride, I wanted to bump this up just a smidge.
Is there a way to just increase the target power manually during a session? I ended up switching to Level mode (resulting in going too hard for the hour - damn self control) in order to get a little more Wattage.
Also, if this is possible, would it affect a workout that targets NM, AC, MAP and FTP evenly or would one have to complete another 4DP test to get more accurate targets? Not tried any yet and as I understand it I will suffer; just curious.
