Tri workout plan injured for running.
at the moment I can't run for 6 weeks. Can I start the triathlon plan and skip the running... but how do I insert the running in 6 weeks...
Or should I wait with a tri workout plan. But in 6 weeks I can't run 45 minutes. I have to build it up very slow so that might also not be a good idea.
Maybe I should start a cycling workout plan first ?
What are your thoughts ? Advice more then welcome :)
