How do I get my calendar for June? Presently, it ends on the 31st of May, I am a yearly member.

  • Hi Fred. If you feel you have improved and need to adjust your metrics, I would recommend the Half Monty test. You can do that test at the end of a recovery week and it will update your FTP, MAP, and LTHR (it doesn't update your rider type/weakness). That will give you some improved numbers to train with. Then, you can take another Full Frontal test before you start and apply a new plan. At that point, the new plan you apply will be adjusted to your new rider weakness.
